Guests

• A registration request is not admission until the event page or host confirms it.
• Keep your ticket QR and code private. A bearer ticket may be used by whoever presents it.
• A certificate represents the attendance record held by the host; it is not a professional licence or accreditation unless the host separately says so.
• Do not impersonate another guest, abuse the scanner, scrape private attendee data or submit unlawful content.

Hosts and organisers

• You are responsible for the event, venue, capacity, guest communications, lawful purpose, privacy notice, custom questions and retention period you choose.
• Only collect information that is necessary for the stated event purpose. Do not ask for sensitive information casually.
• Protect organiser access, event PINs and CSV exports, and delete downloaded personal data when your retention period ends.
• You must not present example events, generated artwork or the prototype as evidence of an integration or outcome that has not been measured.

Availability and changes

Takits is provided as-is during the prototype phase. Email delivery, OAuth, payments and other integrations may be unavailable until configured. We may suspend access to protect guests, hosts or the service, or update these terms as the product changes.

Contact and law

Use the host contact or invitation channel for an event-specific issue. SDC will publish the platform contact and commercial terms before launch. These prototype terms do not replace a signed service agreement with an organiser.
